Diffuser attachment on normal hair dryer?

I've recently realised that i do in fact have wavy hair and it's not just straight frizzy hair lmao. I'm trying to learn a wavy hair routine and purchased a leave in conditioner as well as a styling gel. Now I've heard that a diffuser is very important for wavy hair but I the thing is I have a perfectly functioning hair dryer at home and I dont want to buy like a full new diffuser. I was wondering if there is some universal diffuser attachment that I can just stick on top of my hair dryer? (philips 1200w) ? I tried searching on Amazon and they all seemed to have no reviews or bad reviews so I wasn't sure.
