What can I take?

Second pregnancy.

7 weeks 2 days along.

I don’t have my first OB appointment for 3 more weeks.

I have a terrible head cold and I went to bed with a headache and woke up with a headache 🤕

I am miserable.

I will have a new doctor this time around but last pregnancy I was told I could take excedrin for an occasional headache I couldn’t get rid of. Has anyone else done this? What can I do about this congestion? I have to work from home today plus I have a 21 month old. Help lol
