Thesis Project Topic: Masters in Epidemiology

Guys, mimi nitachizi trying to get a project topic for my thesis. I am pursuing a masters in epidemiology, and I am in the medical field. I specifically want to do something through Systematic Review. Maybe on Cancers etc. Please mnipee ideas juu nitachizi. The topics I have tried seem overdone, and two have already been rejected by the supervisor😢
