Purchasing bonds not working.

I wanted the new golden gun skins and the loot boxes for the new launch event in 3 days so I figured Id top off my bonds and every time I go to purchase them, it just keeps saying “Purchased not completed.” It hasnt taken my money or anything, just wont let me buy them. Anybody else experiencing this?
