Neeraj Arora or Rishabh jain for inter audit?

I am really confused. Should I go for Rishabh jain sir or neeraj arora sir for inter audit. I have heard that rj sir is good for conceptual clarity but he isn't that good in making students ratta. On the other hand I have heard that Neeraj sir is Good at making you things learn.

From what I have heard audit is a theory subject and at the end of the day Rote learning will prevail over concept clarity.( Correct me if I am wrong)

So can someone please tell me who should I go for.

Ps: Does rj sir or neeraj sir makes us write/provide us with good notes?
