Do fascia cuts require stitches

I can see the muscle and I hit a vein, it squirted out quite a bit of blood but it stopped so it’s not an artery or anything, it took awhile to stop bleeding

I only want to go to a hospital if I’m dying… would it be possible to treat this at home? Im okay with it scarring abit as long as it means I don’t need to go to the hospital
