URGENT NEED HELP

Guys I've been selected as Genc Next and Im from Aug-Sept 2026 Hiring batch. My cluster is Java. The thing is I've been offered an internship at Coimbatore office and my DOJ is 17th March. I have serious issues with my eyes and I went through a surgery on my left eye. A doctor from well known eye institute in HYDERABAD is looking over my case since an year and hence I visit her frequently about the progress in my eye recovery. I genuinely want my location to change from Coimbatore to Hyderabad. Is it possible? And if yes please guide me through the process
