Baby moon, any advice or tips?

Planning a trip in late April for my wife and I. Decided on the Divi all inclusive for a 4 night stay. First ever Caribbean trip and wanted the all inclusive option.

My wife will be pregnant, OBGYN gave green light, and this is our baby moon so the question is what are the best actives at the resort/around the resort that are safe for pregnant woman to take part in? Thank you so much in advance ! Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated
