Deel vs. Multiplier for Costa Rica: Who is better at local education verifications?

Currently deciding between EORs for a hire in Costa Rica. Our candidate is a UCR grad, and I’m worried about the background check lag. I’ve heard Multiplier is often better for this because they own their local entity in CR and their teams know exactly who to call at the public universities to push things through. Deel seems to use more automation, which I worry might get stuck in UCR's manual processes.
