Which one is good in these both?

We are planning to buy a health insurance policy for our family (3 members). I suggested Aditya Birla Activ One Max through Policybazaar, but my father is considering Care Health Insurance – Ultimate Plan. One of our acquaintances also works with Care Health Insurance, which is why he is leaning toward that option.

We’re a bit confused about which policy would be the better choice in terms of coverage, claim process, and overall reliability.

Also, would it be better to purchase the policy directly through the company/agent or through Policybazaar?

If anyone has experience with either of these plans or has suggestions for a good family health insurance plan, your advice would be really helpful.
