My mental health is begging me to stop (6 months pp)

TRIGGER WARNING: OverSupply (add spoiler to pics)

I had 2u2 and I’m a sahm (no village) and they are both home with me. With my youngest having longer wake windows and eating more solids, I just barely have enough time in my days to pump. It’s also just really really wearing on me trying to find time to do this and the extra load of managing it all. I feel so selfish even thinking that.

He’s been exclusively bottle fed since 6 weeks old and I stopped due to a lip tie. I make about 15-20 oz per session, pumping about 45 min total each time. I pump at 8am, 1pm, and 9pm. I have a small freezer stash.

I know people recommend cutting out sessions but if I’m already at 3, I’m scared to get mastitis when I have an oversupply. I can’t cut down amount I pump or amount of time I pump for my last session at 9 because I already am super uncomfortable going 10 hours after fully emptying myself before bed.

What are you supposed to do to stop when you have an oversupply?

Also, how do you deal with the guilt of stopping? My first born exclusively nursed until 17 months old when my pregnancy dried me up naturally. I just feel so bad I don’t have the time and energy to give my second baby the same thing.
