What to do from here?

Spree casino is refusing to pay my 1800$ win, they approve it and then 3 days later their provider denies is and this has happened 4 times now. Everytime i email them about it they tell me “its approved it should be there soon”. Not to mention, i have a 200$ win that they say on the site is paid, but its been 8 buisness days and i have not been payed and the person i talked to tried telling me i did get payed that amount.
