Real Strategies to Get Hired?
The job market feels extremely saturated right now. Hundreds of people applying to the same roles, sending CV after CV with no response, long hiring processes… it’s exhausting.
For those who managed to get a job outside the traditional route (not just applying to online job ads), what did you actually do?
Did you hand-deliver CVs or other creative tools to companies?
Did you send cold messages on LinkedIn? What did you say?
Did networking really work for you? How did you start and approached people?
I’m in a difficult phase and I need to find work as soon as possible. I’m not looking for magic shortcuts — I’m looking for real, practical strategies that worked in real life.
If you can share specific steps (even small details like what you wrote in your first message or how you approached someone), I would truly appreciate it.
