PSA- viagogo refund possible/warning

Back in November when I saw Masayoshi Takanaka was playing in March in London. I jumped at the opportunity to get tickets and ended up with two tickets from Viagogo.

Despite paying in November, I still haven’t received the tickets, even though the show is later this month and the tickets were released ages ago. It’s worth mentioning that I paid a premium for the tickets too.

Anyway, when I saw that the deadline to receive the tickets was only 30 minutes before the show was due to start I was outraged.

I just wanted to say I successfully completed a chargeback and will be looking to alternatives to viagogo.

All to say if you are really pissed off about Viagogo and want a refund you are able to get one based on your statutory consumer rights in the UK-and let this serve as a warning to avoid Viagogo at all costs. I certainly learned my lesson.
