Neighbor keeps parking her car literally one inch from mine making it impossible to leave

My neighbor parks on the street in front of our houses. Every single time she parks directly next to my car with maybe one inch of space.

I physically cannot get into my driver's side door. I have to climb in from the passenger side.

I've asked her multiple times to leave more space. She says "There's technically room" and she's "not doing anything wrong."

I can't open my door! She says "Use the other door!"

I started leaving notes on her windshield. She leaves notes back saying "Public parking = I can park however I want!"

I called parking enforcement. They measured and said she's not touching my car so there's no violation!

Yesterday I couldn't leave for work because I physically could not get in my car. She was gone all day. I had to call an Uber!

When she got home I confronted her. She said "Should've climbed through the passenger side!" THAT'S NOT A SOLUTION!

I asked why she parks SO close when there's literally 30 feet of space! She said "I like this spot."

I'm getting a smaller car just so I can fit in the space she leaves. This is absolutely ridiculous!

She's now parking even closer like it's a game. My mirror is touching hers!
