Hey can someone please answer an important question about game mechanics for me???

So my question is: If I buy the swap pack deal that has the 20 minute sticker boom right at 1155am, will that 15 mins of sticker boom carry over to the next tournament that starts since the timer to buy it ends at 12pm? Or will it only give me 5 minutes of boom?
