Dust inside lens in 2 months, Panasonic Lumix S 20-60mm

Hey,

Recently got my Lumix with kit lens 20 -60mm and after only 2 moths of use I have so much dust inside.

Shop doesn't accept complaint and offers paid cleaning service. Is this normal in those lenses?

I don't feel that's fair, what should I do?
