Is it safe for me to go back to taping?

around September I accidentally tore some skin off when rushing to rip tape off (I know, it was stupid and I don't want to do rhat again). I thought I had healed and in Novrmber put some on again and ended up irritating the skin again which resulted in it ripping and being even worse despite taking it off properly. (for context I've been using this same tape for months and never had this issue). It's now March and Im really wanting to tape again just because I'm very limited to what I can wear with a binder as I'm stealth and it shows through a lot of my T-shirts, along with me getting more dysphoric with a binder and feeling way too warm and uncomfortable etc all the time. There's still red where I ripped the tape off but I can't tell if it's still broken skin as it's been 4 months now. Would this be fine to try tape again?
