Aviron strong go not working

I woke up this morning to row and after the rower was connected to my iPad and I started rowing, I noticed the timer didn’t start. It wasn’t recognizing my rowing. I could turn up the resistance but that was it. I’m running the latest version of iOS on the latest iPad Pro. I rebooted the iPad, closed out the app, unplugged the rower and plugged it back in. Forgot the Bluetooth and even tried another iPad. None of it worked.

Anyone else run into this issue?
