Sorry if this is the wrong sub, but what do transphobes think of the gender topic of psychology A level?

i can imagine someone doing the gender topic because theyd think “oh that’ll be easy, it’s just male or female!” and then they see all the actual proof that trans women are actually women, and like have a mental breakdown or something because their whole worldview has been proved wrong. or they’d just stay transphobic and do really badly on that topic?
