How do you manage to do so many tasks parallely

Genuinely curious. How do you all juggle product, sales, engineering, fundraising, and everything else at the same time?

I've been building my startup for a while now and honestly, I got so fed up with context-switching and losing track of things across tabs, tools, and meetings. I have been building some tools for myself that, observe my workflow, and proactively helps me act on things.

But before I go too deep into my own solution, I want to hear from you:

• How do you keep track of everything when you're wearing 5 hats at once?
• Do you rely on a specific system, tool, or ritual?
• Have you found anything that actually reduces the mental load, or is it just brute force and caffeine?
