Getting violated and levels are not being considered
Hi I am so freaked out and confused. I am on felony probation doing a 90/96 in NC for opiate addiction. I had my second test Monday and I was honest about my last use on 2/25as I was first getting on my MAT and stable. My PO said that a positive test from her is going to be why I will be served a violation next week, she told me I would have a court date.
She said to come in Tuesday next week and if I am positive still for fentanyl I am going to jail. I explained that it doesn’t go out of your system that quickly and that my clinic for MAT takes levels that would show that I haven’t been using anymore even with the drug still showing up as a positive.
She said I am skinny so it should be gone and that she doesn’t take levels and that was that.
Should I talk to her supervisor or just expect jail? The past few times I got clean I was still test positive for fentanyl almost two weeks after stopping. She return my providers calls. I am scared.
