Cat meows for an hour and a half every morning

Hi,

We feed our cat at 7:45AM. Recently he has been jumping on the bed at 6AM and meowing nonstop until he's fed. I don't give in early and feed him earlier. I don't give him attention when he does this. He keeps going. He meows from 6AM-7:45AM every morning nonstop. I have a concussion and was really hoping to get a little bit more sleep than this. Is there anything I can do? I play with him during the day/night but I will try playing with him longer tonight and seeing if that helps. But anything else would be good to know.
