Canadians of Chinese ancestry in the Atlantic Provinces who may have lived in St Pierre Miquelon at one time (1904-1916)
Hello, I am looking for Canadians of Chinese ancestry who may have had ancestors who lived at one time in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the French islands near Newfoundland between 1904 and 1916. They were involved with dry-cleaning for the French fishery.
Curious if there survives family stories about working on those islands.
Names are as follows, as written by French officials of the time :
Ham-Tong; Ching-Tsin, Veng-Leh: Tong-Sinh, Tom-Funh, Yee-Kee-Ree, Yu-Sing, Lee Tom.
