Should be a cheaper tier
I host a once per month online quiz that lasts about 2 hours and has less than a dozen participants. Last year I decided I couldn't justify the expense of paying a subscription and asked quiz teams to log back into the room every time the 40 minutes expired on the free plan. it was quiz night last night and I discovered I was unable to initiate another meeting without waiting for 9 minutes which was embarrassing to say the least and so I paid again.
I've had a very lengthy conversation with Zoom billing support today, trying to get them to understand that £16.79 is incredibly poor value for money for such a light user and they need further tiers or to offer me a discount to stay on that plan. I was unsuccessful and have today cancelled once again.
I'm now stuck with the situation where I must have a quiz part one and quiz part two nine or ten minutes apart.
I really don't mind paying for video conferencing so long as I'm getting good value. but why should I pay the same for my 2 hours a month as someone hosting multiple meetings a day with dozens of participants?
