[TOMT]: Comedy show with an episode about a woman dying of a heart defect and men trying to get her to leave all her money to them.

It feels like it's My Name is Earl, but Google gave me nothingand I haven't watched that show in a long time.

I wanna say 2005-2015.

What I remember is a woman, I wanna say she's also supposed to be considered ugly, is dying of a heart defect. A character from the main part of the show finds out, and knows she has a lot of money from a settlement or insurance payout or something. He wants to get in good with her before she dies so she'll leave him her money. There are other men trying to do the same thing, but main character manages to make them go away. I think she ends up dying during or after having sex with the main, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

This randomly popped in my head at 3am and I can't seem to find anything on Google. Any help would be great, thanks!
