Infotainment System

I know this has been asked a few times, but I just got my Cruze and need some help.

I recently purchased a 2017 Cruze LT and everything is great, except the screen is frozen on the warning telling me looking at it can cause a crash.

I've searched a ton and tried a lot for the fixes. I did the home button+back button reset. I held down the hangup button on the steering wheel (this didn't cause a reset, it didn't do anything) I've undone the negative side of the battery and let it sit for 15 minutes. (It was a shocker having a trunk battery).

Is there anything else I should try before I look at just replacing it?
