Camera sound problem

Hey I wanted to ask for an advice

I have hikvision hybrid cameras installed in my house the thing is that one of them doesnt project sound on hikvision app I thought it may be because of camera but i changed the camera its still the same. I couldn’t find anything on hikvision app setttings nor the dvr settings

Does anyone know how to fix it
