[TOMT][MOVIE] Likely an animated movie from my childhood

I can’t remember much about the movie but I know it had something to do with light and mirrors and the reflection going from mirror to mirror was important and the light was trying to get to the end. I think the rotation of the mirror was important. The mirrors had some gears and rope attached to them I’m pretty sure because that’s how they moved. I think I watched this when I was young and I was born in 2005 so the timeframe of when I watched it would be around early 2010s. The problem I’m running into is it may have also just be a special feature for the movie on dvd, but if anyone could help, I would appreciate it.
