The “middle class” of music is invisible
We talk about the 0.1%.
We ignore the massive group in the middle.
The ones who are good. Not famous. Not terrible. Just… good.
They don’t need exposure.
They need:
– Feedback that isn’t “fire bro 🔥”
– Collabs that don’t ghost
– A reason not to quit
I swear half the burnout I see isn’t talent-related.
It’s loneliness.
Music platforms distribute finished tracks.
They don’t help you build anything.
What would change if platforms optimized for collaboration instead of consumption?
