Mods not compatible with Honour ruleset

I want to give enemies Honour mode Legendary actions with everthing else Tactic8an ruleset. I somehow had them on Tactician setting before and after a major load order downsize and load order rebuild, i no longer have them. Every time i try and load a Custom Diiculty game the game crashes. Only crashes when set the Setting for "Honour Ruleset"

Is there any known mod incompatibility with Honour mode difficulty settings? I cant find anything via search, as everything comes back about achievements.

Also are there aby mods that enable just giving Legendary action to bosses in tsctician setting?

Thanks for help.
