Do you need a screen protector for your Kobo Clara?

I got my very first e-reader (yes, caved in). And, honestly it’s so much easy on the eyes. The compact size and lightweight is cherry on the top. Total game changer!

Since it’s my first time owning an e-reader, I’m not sure if I need a screen protector (a matte one, of course 😅)? My concern is dirt getting on the screen and ruining it especially when reading outdoors (sandy places??)

Any other suggestions or must haves or good to have? :)
