Feels like game goes into slowmo sometimes?

Hey guys, I succesfully installed the game on my Steamdeck with lossless scaling & fps seems to be steady above 70-90+ fps, however the game sometimes seems to slow down a bit (fps still stable) as if everything is going a tad slow-mo, just for it to speed back to normal a minute later. I'm also missing a bunch of patches options that others do seem to have in their shadps4 list. Any suggestions?
