MN82T

I bought a brushless outrunner and metal transmission. I powered it off the frame and everything sounded great, and the motor was semi quiet. I put everything back together and it sounds like the transmission is struggling and making trouble and the motor is screaming. I have no idea what I did wrong, it doesn't sound like axles it's definitely the motor and transmission. if you have any ideas please help
