Why the f can’t the matchmaking in live events, gauntlet, cups be like rivals/champs ?

Why do i always have to play against aggressive rats in all these events and cups.

Are the live events and cups designed only for the rats and good players. Average players can’t even stand a chance in these events.

Yes i know all the rats love these events because it is just easy rewards for them.
