I ran my rental history report and it shows that my last apartment evicted me. It was 2023. I paid the full balance owed on the day of court and received an email stating that the case was dismissed and that I didn’t need to go to court from manager. The case status said disposed and I’ve even reached out to the property manager to see how to get this rectified and she’s willing to help. I called the court and they stated she will need to file a release of judgment at the court. She states she’ll go to the court on Friday. My question is if I apply to new property will it be automatically denial since the eviction is on record? If I tell the property prior to applying and show the email saying case dismiss, will they accept me?
