Car rental issue - Toyota rent a car

Hello all !

I have troubles renting a car in japan for my trip scheduled in May.
Upon confirming the payment method, there is a confirmation webpage that is supposed to be openned by my naviguator.

I am briefly seing japanese characters before landing a webpage showing :

"https://ssl-prd-u9f-fo-acs-3dsm.wlp-acs.com/acs-three-ds-method-service/methodUrl/threedsmethod/45539/14518 sent back an error.

Error code: 403 Forbidden

Did it happen to any of you, and if so, how did you manage to go through this step ?

I am renting a car from France, i am on Mozilla naviguator, add blocking disabled.
