Issue with Lian Li fans slowing down on their own and causing the VRM fan to run at 100%

I’m having an issue with all 11 of my Lian Li fans — they keep slowing down on their own even though I’ve already set the fan speed

And it also makes the VRM fan that I use to cool the power delivery on my ROG Ryujin Extreme AIO spin at maximum speed as well.

It’s like it’s completely messing up my whole PC fan system.
