World Record Longship Voyage, Visiting Advice?

Question

Hello Copenhagen!

I'm an American visiting the 10th-13th on a trip for an international crew that will be sailing a replica Gokstad from Roskilde in a world record voyage accross the atlantic.

I've never been to Scandanavia, but studied old norse in college for Maritime Archaeology. I speak some German and French. I've got a few meetings and would love some advice on Scandinavian business culture so I don't accidentally embarass myself.

I'll have most of 2 days free before I leave for Stockholm for the next stage. I believe Ive been booked on a ferry from Copenhagen to there, and will have my full itinerary soon. I'll then have the weekend in Stockholme before some more meetings and flying back.

Any can't miss attractions or things to try? I'm a tabletop gamer, and a cultural/history geek if the post didnt give it away already. I also used to be a chef before getting into nonprofit, so good food and beverages are certainly at the top of the list too. I'd love to try NOMA but Im sure reservations would be impossible, and it would be almost my entire food budget for the trip.

very excited to be there!
