just saw a great ad for birkenstocks

just saw a birkenstocks ad and loved the shoes tho i feel they are slightly expensive for what they are worth. i own tons of sneakers from nike,nb etc and love em. i wanna get into formal shoes that look chic and give the old money vibe tho. like with polos and shirts. im also going to japan in 4 months. do you recommend i get some from there or splurge on birkenstocks. i also saw this ad for premium leather slides, any recs?
