Bed bug report?

Consider this, you find your dream apartment, rent controlled, it feels like all the stars are aligned….

Then you check the HPD website and see they’ve reported bedbugs consistently for the past 5 years. 2 out of 16 units marked as reinfested..

Would that be a deal breaker?

For me, it is..but my friends say I’m being too choosy and will never find an apartment.
