How to add items using ContentTweaker? (1.12.2)

For 1.12.2 !

I want to add some items for my modpack, but making mods would take months, and by using MCreator would glitch my modpack. So I went for ContentTweaker which is the best option, but the documentation is weird.

So how to make an item?

For 1.12.2 !
