Would I be automatically excluded from passing a Class 1 Medical?

F, 31. Currently on 100mg Sertraline for moderate depression and anxiety, and 40mg (elvanse) lisdexamphetamine for an ADHD diagnosis.

My conditions are mild to moderate, and in my opinion, largely environmental. I’m clever, bored, and under stimulated. I’ve never been suicidal. Could happily come off the elvanse; I don’t take it every day and haven’t taken it long term. I just want to know: would I automatically fail a class 1 medical? I’m really keen to explore a career in aviation and it seems unfair that this would totally block me. I’m otherwise fit and healthy. Contrary to common beliefs about ADHD, I’m capable of hyper focusing for great lengths of time. I’m not even 100% about my diagnosis, I think all of these conditions exist on a spectrum. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
