Heads up: work on railroad tracks in Shockoe Bottom this morning has a bunch of roads closed.

Dock St, Cary St, and Main St (from what I can see) are completely closed under the tracks. No detour signs or anything, just a giant fuck you to rush hour commuters. This is just peak Richmond City right here: zero warning, zero plan.
