Only 59 days left now. Please help

I am gen female 18 years If we look at it from tomorrow, there are exactly 2 months left. I don't know how I wasted the whole year, but now I am regretting it a lot. And I wasted the whole year just thinking whether I will get selected or not, and I ended up nowhere. I am at zero level. I got 135 marks in my last year in NEET. I have seen many people asking here questions as they are on zero level. So that's why I also created an ID to express the confusion in my mind. How many marks are possible in these 60 days? I know that no one knows how much is my potential and how much can a person score or if I study or not, but based on experience, can't you guess practically how much is possible starting from zero level?

I don't want to another drop so please don't suggest me that. I just want to know practically how much is possible?
