Recently diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and my ovaries are “kissing” need some reassurance

Hello! I recently got diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and my ovaries are in the kissing position meaning there close together. This can increase chances of them rupturing. I’ve been dealing with n* the last week and the last 24 hours it’s been bad. I’ve been closely monitoring my symptoms for signs of a rupture but I’m so anxious and nervous. I’ve been eating a lot more I’m not going to lie so that could increase the n*. I also haven’t been sleeping good due to the pain. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this and what are the chances of tu* and advice would be helpful. I have taken my anti tu* meds and anxiety meds but nothing is giving me relief
