Genuine question for all my friendly “rescue-raiders” out there

Why is it that the one raid you decide to not bring a defib with you is the raid you encounter the extremely gooped up raider in distress that you so desperately want to help but can’t??

I personally try to bring a defib to as many raids as i can as a friendly player, but it seems i only encounter people in need when i somehow don’t have one or when i forget to bring one.
