Can anyone assist me with my problem that I have with my JBL Tune 770NC headphones?

So, my headphones stopped functioning properly a few days ago. Everytime I pair my headphones with my phone it does connect, but when I try to play an audio it gets immediately disconnected. I tried to restart my both my phone and my headphones and paired them again a few dozen times, I tapped on the volume buttons (of my headphones) and nothing worked.

Are my headphones out or service or is there something I can do?. If someone who knows a little bit about JBL headphones can help, it will be great, because I do not know what to do anymore. Thanks ahead :)
