Do men care only looks? That's it

It feels like men only value me for my looks. I’m almost 21f conventionally attractive, and I’ve noticed they’ll tolerate almost anything just to be with me. The infatuation is intense in the beginning—grand gestures, constant attention, desire that feels like devotion. I used to mistake it for love. But once we sleep together, something shifts. The effort fades. They’re suddenly “busy.” The energy I once felt so strongly disappears. I’ve spent too long wondering if I did something wrong. What unsettles me most is the wandering eye. Every time another pretty woman walks in, I feel it—their attention drifting. I find it disrespectful, and even when I speak up, it doesn’t change. I’ve never been cheated on, but sometimes it feels just as destabilizing. Pretty privilege opens doors, but it also makes me feel replaceable. I know I have depth, intelligence, and substance to offer. Yet it often feels like men stop at the surface. I’m tired of being desired but not truly valued. I want to date better—if better exists—or learn how to be in relationships without constantly feeling like I’m one distraction away from being diminished.
