UPOU master degree students, where you at

Please help a confused girl out. Gusto ko sana mag take ng master's degree, specifically yung master of environment and natural resource management. May another enrollment ba siya this year except dun sa may deadline na March 31? Hindi kasi yata aabot yung TOR at diploma ko sa before deadline eh iilan pa naman yun sa mga requirements na needed to proceed for approval ng application. Thank you po sa makakasagot 🥹💖

For information: Alumnus po ako ng UPB na nagwowork currently sa Bicol region kaya hassle pumunta sa campus namin to follow it up and para kunin. May kakilala naman ako sa campus na student doon na dati kong ka boarding house to get it pero hindi pa naiissue yung TOR ko na bago since ang dati kong TOR na issued ay nakalagay is "For work purposes only" kaso nakalist siya sa guidelines ng UPOU na invalid siya if you're applying for graduate studies
